Raw food is un-cooked Fruits, Veggies, nuts & seeds. Some Fruits, Veggies, Nuts &/or seeds are dehydrated but should be done so @ or below 115-118 degrees.
Raw foodist do not eat cooked food hence the word Raw.
Raw foodists are Vegetarians, & Vegans. Raw foodists do not eat Meat, Dairy, nor Seafood.
Typically Raw foodists consume High Veggie, Low-Fruit, High Fat content meals. This is not the Raw food Diet Natural Hygiene Fruititionist StaceyJ recommends. Rather StaceyJ recommends a diet of High fruit, High veggie, Low-Fat, Raw, Vegan, properly combined meals with out the use of spices nor condiments.
Raw foods are the most naturally beautiful, mouth watering, satiating, Healthy, Nutrient packed, enzyme intact, mineral & vitamin loaded foods on this planet while being ethical, & environmentally safe...Who could ask for more?

The Raw food diet is what I like to call the "True Vanity Diet". You will feel & look younger. Your skin will be smooth, soft, & supple...bye bye wrinkles (yup even ones you already have will be less defined)Your hair will be fuller, grow faster, and be shinier. Seasonal Whole Fresh Ripe Fruits & Veggies are the only proper forms of energy in the category of food for the human body. The body's fuel is glucose, and that is exactly what fruit is packed with!
Ask yourself this, "if my body has to do something, somehow to turn everything I eat into glucose (natural sugar) so that I can have energy, then why should I eat anything else?"
Your body goes through great lengths in order to digest everything you put down the hatch....but does not with properly food combined Fruits & Veggies.
